Our business environment is changing; if you’re currently in the service industry, than you need to amplify your offerings! You need to be in the highest level of the service spectrum. If you’re not there yet, you had better think twice, three times, or more until you realize you need to be. How do you do it? You re-strategize. You must understand that the entire nation has become a service economy, meaning any company who is not in the service industry has to find ways to offer services in order to catch up with thier competition. There are plenty of ways to offer your own services - even if you have to recommend services offered by complementary companies.
